What is Sampark?

Sampark tags let people contact a vehicle owner when there's an issue with a parked car or bike — without seeing the owner's phone number. Calls, SMS and WhatsApp are masked for privacy.

How do I activate my tag?

Scan the QR on your tag with your phone camera, Google Lens, or Paytm. Follow the steps to link it to your number. You'll get a confirmation on WhatsApp once it's active.

Which app do I need to scan the tag?

Any QR scanner works — iPhone camera, Google Lens, Paytm, or our Android app. No special app is required to activate a physical tag.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days across India. See our shipping policy for details.

Do you offer reseller partnerships?

Yes — we work with resellers, distributors and franchise partners across India. Apply to become a reseller.

How do I transfer a tag to a new owner?

Contact us with your tag ID and the new owner's details. We'll deactivate it from your account and help the new owner register it.
