Free delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all tag orders across India. Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes at checkout.

Processing & dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• You'll get a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp once dispatched.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

Need it sooner?

While your physical tag ships, you can get an instant digital eTag PDF on WhatsApp so your vehicle is covered right away. Get your free eTag.

Delays

Remote pincodes, public holidays and carrier disruptions can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived in the expected window, reach out and we'll track it down.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
